My story

Since starting in 1996, Emma has worked across several different areas of the mortgage industry and has truly seen the process from every angle. She’s now an experienced mortgage and protection adviser, fully qualified with:

Certificate in Mortgage Advice Practice (CeMAP)
Chartered Insurance Institute – Certificate in Mortgage Advice
Financial Services, Regulations and Ethics (RO1)

Emma’s experience is second to none, with her expertise she can help secure a mortgage sometimes even in the most challenging of situations. With over 25 year’s experience, you know you are in safe hands.

Em for Mortgages is backed by Mortgage Advice Bureau, an award-winning network, that offers the choice of more than 12,000 mortgage products and has access to over 90 lenders.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances. The fee can be up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.
